Silence Is In Everything

The world is a noisy place.

Noise is part of life, from the sounds of births to a jet plane at high speed, from the laughter of children to the hammering of gun fire, noise is everywhere, and so is silence.

Silence is in everything. When you feel stressed out, worn out, overwhelmed , or in a panic, angry, distressed or reflective, stop and listen to the noise, whatever it maybe.

Stop, and listen to the sound without any prejudice and as you listen regard the noise as a friend, listen through the noise, as as you do this, the noise evaporates . Silence appears, luminous, limpid and welcoming.

Let your Self dwell in the Silence. Dwell and rejuvenate your being, mind and body.

When you are ready to leave this inner silent place and return to the everyday world,

understand the noise is just a thorny hedgerow around the inner silence, and it really is not lasting or a barrier to you becoming calm.
