Christopher Hansard:[Imagination]

Imagination is not a process that leads to fantasy,

but a structure of mental and psychological energies that

if directed in the appropriate way, can have a direct affect

upon both the everyday material world and the inner world of our being.

Imagination is a quality of our humanity,

that can activate awareness of the most profound parts

of our creativity and spirituality,

not the supernatural, but the human.

Imagination can awaken us to discoveries of culture, science, arts and society

that can transform the world, for Imagination connects us

to the acts of creation that in exist in the natural world,

the human mind and the larger universe.

To experience our Imagination

in this dynamic way we need to understand the following:

What part of ourselves is analytical and how does it dictate our reality?

What part of ourselves is reactionary and how does it affect our reality?

What part of ourselves is intuitive and how is it overwhelmed by the first two?

What part of ourselves of the three above are we most influenced by?

Once we can know which of these influence us more than the others

then we have found our path to our Imagination,

for Imagination is rooted in the analytical, the reactionary and the intuitive.

When you can learn to trust your Imagination and be inspired by it,

you discover just how much of the negative aspects of Imagination

have hampered you and how much of the positive aspects

of Imagination has inspired you.

Imagination is the effect of Inspiration upon the mind and body within the world.

To access the Imagination, we need to stop thinking in ‘small’ ways.

When you think in small ways you create a small life.

You are what you think, and Imagination is the link.

So change the way you think, the way you imagine

and allow yourself to be inspired by how

Imagination can illuminate the wonders of your being.
