Christopher Hansard[ Legacy]

In the wind

and the falling sea swell

that moves the continents together

there is a legacy

caught

in the clutter of opinion and prejudice

there is within the human experience

an apartheid of the soul

an inner terrorist

that spews uncaring actions

into the world

when the legacy is understood

a hundred million bonfires will be lit

in the coastal regions of our minds

and the legacy will ignite

in a lignous explosion

forcing material geography

to coalesce with the geography of our minds
