was more scared than

I

of telling me

that I had a few months left

death scares those who are caught by life but do not understand why

allow

then allow again

the sacred breath

to guide

the soul

to

create itself

Valentine’s time has come

softly and simply

the beauty of the act of celebrating love

a rare miracle in a world afraid of where love can take us

I look at you

and know that you are connected to grace

and that love and grace

are both the right and left hand

of the beating heart

that knows

the truth

of love

the flowing mane of time

moves in the wind of change

like a pennant, flagged to victory,

a hairy banner growing from the beast that all mankind seeks to ride

and gallop victorious through the rush of space and mind

the ego creature of the unborn

ruminating, fulminating

in the seed carriers

that walk the daily grind

commuters, absoluters,

apostolic businessmen

hard nosed clergy

open hearted murderers

blind and battered betterers

constant complaining letterers

all virgin birthers

of the ego creature

that is a beguiling feature

of the rushing

hairy mane

of time

Weather,

whether,

whither,

does the tongue

but more quickly does the heart

whither,

whether,

weather

so does the world

the times in which we live are the strands within us

we spin the world around us from the force of our own emotional webs

the times in which we live

are what is within each of us

each of us

a gossamer thread

If you want a spiritual life

first create within your Self

the rational discipline

of a well informed Athiest

and a Humanist

who understands his or her anger and personal rage

then having done that

engage with the Divine within your humanity

and your human experience

and Life will show you

who the Self truly

Is

history

is what we

tell ourselves

and what others

tell us

interpreting

the nature of who we are

in a way, history is a form of imperfect philosophical comment

upon the way each of us and the world at large

lives in the strange gauze called time

history is the propaganda of time and causuality

history is a meme

for the intersection

of mind and consciousness

history, a vapourous process

akin to religion and the belief in money

Mythology is ancient truth

forgotten

or supressed by

the compression and confusion

of more chaotic times

where time itself

now moves faster

than before

time is the gravity

of spatial laws

and

the dark matter

of existence

the way is hidden

if you seek it

the hidden way

is to be found

both in the silence and the wildernes

or in the clamour and the subway

hidden

way

is to be

found

the shape shifting nature of the way

is hidden
