pause

and to

rest

in

a pause

of

breath

creates

endless

opportunities

for

unknowingness

and

full knowing

When any person seeks to harm

in any way

what will be your responses?

love,

kindness,

respect,

non-judgement,

non-prejudice,

non-violence of word, thought, deed and action

patience,

humility,

a lack of anger and a dose of clarity

forgiveness towards those who would seek to

cause harm

all of the above are a good starting point

those who gossip are hungry

to fill a void

in their lives

those who are hungry

find gossip

a way to charge their

lack

with

a  fix

snorting every word

injecting every nuance

into the blocked veins

of their

hearts

a moment

spent

in mindfulness

would free

them

there is a whispering going on

in the wind, the tall grass

in the trees,the sea

the heart

in the reflective glass of skyscaping buildings

there is a whispering

going on

stop and listen

be still and hear

the art and act of healing

is the art and act

of becoming human

an activity

which is

a daily

event

over

your

breakfast

your lunch

your evening meal

in all your life

there is healing

do you know what blessing awake in you

as you wake from sleep

or what blessings dwell within as you end your day in rest?

do you know the blessings that empower

each and every cell of body, brain and bone?

do you know the blessing of accepting

all blessings, even the unknown?

the search

for meaning,

or pleasure or power

does not bloom

like flower whose scent uplifts the senses

pleasure and power will always exclude the other

while meaning

has no room

for either

love the nature of belief

the belief of the love

and the disbelief
