lie on your back

and gaze into the

sky

blue expanse

reveals

the rythymn of the mind

which fades away

to

clarity

which fades

away into being

there are always blue skies

regardless of the clouds around you

gaze upward

and what is within you

appears on the ground

in front of your feet

you need to kneel down

and be humble

to see
