this day may be for some

the eve of the new

but for others it has gone,passsed on,

or does not exist at all

but the real new year

was the last solstice of this year

and the coming of light

into the place

of knowledge

that dwells in the

sacred place within

there is an awakening

taking place

in the quiet

unglamorous places of the world,

in the deep dank places of the earth

there is an awakening taking place

stop to listen to the voices

that are calling

each one, speaks your name

do you find that there may be a commentary to each event of your life?

do your thoughts judge or appraise the  discourse

of your daily experience

by sitting with the breath

you will find your body

and your mind

your commentary of thoughts will

fade away, to a place

where mind and body

are conjoined

into a new reality

momentary

changes

in the underlying

state of your mind

create

everything in your world

that you take to be real

a prayer

lingers

in the heart of all

a prayer that calls

‘ there the light beckons

there the light beckons

do not be afraid

of becoming

for becoming is the path

whilst being the source…

do not be afraid’

the breath within

contains all

that makes

the life without

all external mozaics

of the mind

are claered

and reduced

to the underlying

pattern

You may be making wishes now

for all that you want to be

but stop and look beneath the wish

to find the origin of whence it came

for there lies the insight

already made

your wish will flower

like snowdrops in the snow and rain

and if understood

will burst forth

fully made

all of which is you

as it became

pregnant in the moment

with thought and joy

Light

comes to you

and is you

reflect upon

how even in the greatest darkness

there is life

and life

is the body of

light

in the yule

there is a tide

of well-being

and healing of the worn

light stems from the earth and sky

bringing healing

to all who want

blessing

whatever the weather is

shall be or was

whether dark skies or blue

sandstorms or snow

your heart is the only true place

to dwell

unaffected by

weather

or

‘whether’

be in your heart

whatever the weather
