the

within

it seeks

the act of creation

dwells within you

in that creation

deed

we are made

of filaments of dreams

all entwined in a

sleep

in which

the dreaming

that is done

is the very thing

that teases us

to try and wake from it

but if you truly want

to  awake

then stop the

dreaming

and you will

see

the great awakening

has always

been

sockeye

seaward

landho

up down

stomachs

chequebooks

merchants

clayoquat sound

the day will come

when no longer

will

the sockeye

thrash

and bears will sit sadly

going hungry

and dream of trash

if you seek

to find the meaning

in the deepest parts of your life

see the quiet way

that flows

in the tumult and the peace

the way that knows

your inner heart

and which words to speak

to bring comfort

to those who comfort can not find

and to those who think they see

but discover they are blind

for when the earth falls to shock

and some think

ruin

know the way

so that others

may know it

too

meditation

dwells within you

it

is

….it is…

the methods and techniques that you do

are not meditation

but windows to enable you

to look within

and thus be greeted

by

spontaneous arising

there will come a time

when circumstance

and Life

will demand a question of you

‘where do you stand?’

and your answer

shall determine how you

live your life

each day

there is renewal

if you allow your habits

to die

so that they may be reformed

by understanding

inspire others

to be themselves

and in doing that

find your path

to Life

It is said

that beauty is in the eye

of the beholder

but how does beauty see

that which views it?
