They are walking

all of the ancestors

are walking

to save the salmon

and

Laterra’s

birthday cake

is waiting

to be eaten

Can you give thanks

for the ugly side of your personality?

For the ugly things of life?

Can you look into the face of a person deemed

ugly by society

and see the perfect and complete being

within that man or woman or child?

an ugly appearance is not an indication of who the person is

Give thanks for the ugly

so that through that which is ugly

you can have a more perfect vision

life is only a game

if you are bound

by rules

life is only a game

if you only

know how

to play

life is not a game nor has rules

to which to be bound fast by

life is a game

when you give up the rules

knowing that you

are the prize

the highest

score

answers

dwell

within

you

to questions that

you have not yet

imagined

by imagining

so you create

the foundations for

intention

and intention

is the blueprint

for action

the

hidden

swell

is

coming

the wave is

rising

the curl of the foam is starting to

break

the calm

when you first feel the movement

make sure

you can ride

on the

wave

until

you land

upon the dry and stable

foundation

that may at first

appear to be

perilous

On Vancouver Island

Mothers and daughters

are walking

because they

heard

the Salmon talking

they are at risk

of not

swimming to and fro

of feeding and be fed

of breeding

of teaching bears

how to fish

everyone knows

that Salmon is full of good things

Omega 6,9 and is

good in sushi

the salmon are marching

through mother’s and daughters

to tell the world

their story

Salmon are not just food

they are a way of life

a pulse in how life is

they carry all the oceans

of the world

upon their backs

wild salmon

want to be heard

in the overcrowded mind

of the human world

a

still

place

within you

which calls to all your troubles

and in  that wisdom

finds the answers

for in times of trouble

stop

look into the stillness

and be made whole again

does the raindrop

return from whence it came?

from sea, or lake, stream or breath?

from puddle, sewer, steam?

all of this

is moisture

in your breath

every raindrop

water in your body

swishing

in the twilight ponds

where your soul bathes

before being discovered,

naked

by the winds of change and becoming

the raindrop is all of us

falling, evaporating

becoming rain again

Dust

stops planes

from flying

ash, glass and rocky fibres

adorn the air

nature’s masters

are reduced to ground crawling

people complain and moan about missed flights

maybe better to consider

what the volcano

from

Iceland

is saying

a meteor

surprised

the observers

across

north western skies

Iceland

has a new take on the

credit crunch

the world needs to stop

and listen

to the first

haltering sentence

that Nature

is about

to

utter

when others say that some people are more blessed

than others

that is not true

all are equally blessed

but may have not yet discovered that is so

all of us on this planet

are blessed

even in the most direst of circumstance

Light extends its hand

it’s touch bestows Grace

which creates Mercy and Contentment

all of which dwell

within us

blessed are the human race

for they shall inherit

themselves

but don’t forget to laugh

or ignore the wisdom of knowing how to be

silly and know the spirit of humour

in the times when others would

be crushed by circumstance

for that time

which is coming soon

a little silliness

will go a long way

and humour will remind us of our humanity

for those of you who believe in God

know that God loves to laugh

divine humour is everywhere

for those of you who do not believe in God

know that humour dwells in Life

and Life likes a laugh

not at your expense

but at the rapture of its own delight

blessed are those that laugh

for they will always

know life
