no matter where you think you are

no matter what you believe yourself to believe

in matter

in thought

which is matter

there is

presence

in

all things

the ever knowing

is

a space in time

a place in space

and a spark of mind

each of us is a space in time

a place in space

a noetic motion

in

a wave of vibration

each of a space in time, a place in space

a spark of mind

do you know?

do you care?

is it out of habit or a quiet despair?

what are you listening to?

to voices in the background, to thoughts inside your head

to the clanging of memories or the unwritten future?

what are you listening to?

underneath and within all of this

there is another listening going on

a listening to the inner way

the beauty, the song

to the dreaming that unmakes dreams

and makes the world

to the sacred, the profane

the great and the mundane

what are you listening to?

‘What’s that?’ you say..’what should I listen to?’

listen to the listener within

and you will

be

listened too

a pause

that naturally

occurs

and in that pause

dwells our humanity

all the imperfections and the perfection too

the intimation of life beyond time

where faith and reason collide

where lonely hearts spill out on to the streets and howl

where crucifixtion kits are sold in every home improvement store

and in the form of something that you really need

in the quietness of gaps that emerge due to crowds

a miracle of rebirth dwells

a season to be jolly

not in things or trinkets

or bright lights or ginger biscuits

but in

the gaps that emerge due to crowds

spatial awakening

look and see

if you want a miracle

be the one you are

in the search for meaning

is the same as that spent

in search of pleasure or for power

but when the time comes for life to expire

it is only meaning

that will carry you over

to a higher state

pleasure will send round and around again

and power will freeze you into static disbelief

as your ego becomes entrenched in fantasy

meaning searches for itself throughout our lifes

and dwells within the universe

there are two kinds of meaning

one, that you give to things and sense in things and people

the other, dwells inherently beneath everything

and if you have courage you can see it

and embrace as a rare treasure

Sky clad

the world

in blue

sky

clad

in

ancient

wonder

what people see as the future

is a memory

of once

what

was

made in the sky clad minds of our ancestors

in the world

before this world

in the earth

that gave birth to this earth

the psyche’s imagining

all gain is the gain of the psyche’s grasping

the psyche is the shadow and the light of this world

inbetween the psyche and the greater consciousness

is the twilight of becoming

the metaphysical realm of possibilities

in cacophany and silence

in anguish and in contentment

in every circumstance

sacred sound is in all sound

and is all sound

depending on how you

know the vibration at the core

of sound

when we are in pain

loss or gain

when our psyche loses its way

sacred sound

lives

awakening us

to go beyond

can be found within yourself

the kindness that you are afraid of receiving

will wait until you are ready to receive it

waiting close by like a fathful friend

there is kindness everywhere

if only you stop to see

kindness is the source of community

and of healing and understanding

if you seek wisdom, knowledge, spirituuality

first develop kindness

and you will find all other things accrue naturally

kindness needs nothing but itself

and is everywhere waiting to shared
