Christopher Hansard:[ the seeds of change]

The seeds of personal and social change are found in the roughest times, the most barren soil, as society becomes squeezed by cyclical financial collapse due to greed, laxity and short term thinking, it becomes out of step with the natural cycles of the planet-when this happens the man made structures of the world-whether they be ideas, organisations or structures collapse, in order that what is made by man finds balance with nature. If you seek the seeds of change look at your relationship with the natural world, psychologically, spiritually, humanly. See, discover what the seeds are.

Christopher Hansard:[ challenging times]

In challenging times

create the ability to be adaptable

consider seriously what is important in your life

what and who you need and how you can secure these to your mutual advantage

in challenging times when the money supply withers

and the value of it decreases, where debt is transacted freely until its too late

focus on building a supportive infrastructure than can allow you to eat, work and live

freely, to think freely and to make sure that you can keep it

but yet also know that in challenging times

by intelligent sharing, a greater wealth is created

amongst those like yourself

Christopher Hansard:[ to love]

to love

to love the life you have

regardless of its circumstance

to love

to love the life you have

is the bedrock

of all loving

Christopher Hansard:[ Presence in all things]

no  matter

where you are

no matter where you think you are

no matter what you believe yourself to believe

in matter

in thought

which is matter

there is

in

all things

the ever knowing

You

Christopher Hansard:[ breathe]

breathe

follow it

it is a path

that leads

to insight

about the everyday world

breath leads to sound and light

light leads to consciousness

consciousness leads to humanity

and compassionate action

through the humble path of love

Christopher Hansard:[ look]

Look

at the patterns

in the rain

the cycles of each leaf as they twist

together in the wind

the curl of the wave

the scudding of clouds

look

at the patterns of your thoughts

the beating of your heart

the rise and fall of blood

in arterial splendour

look

and

you will

see

Christopher Hansard:[ Democracy]

Democracy  since its first inception in Athens

has forged itself to economics

that is human nature

but if democracy is to

evolve

it needs to go beyond

choice,

the rights of the individual

the freedom of travel

capitalism and its gifts

but fully embrace

non-violence

non judgement

and the creation of

a modern charter of privacy and self-determination

that is universal to all

Christopher Hansard:[ do not seek after]

do not rush after happiness

or toil after safety from the fragility of life

do not seek wisdom for its own sake

or

ride the currents of the trend

do not seek the moment or live in the now

for the ‘now’ has passed you by

before you were aware of it

give up this illusion

and be present

in the presence

of your own

knowing

life brings meaning

to those that are with life

not caught up in

the marketplace

where delightful for a time

soon fades

Christopher Hansard:[ we are life]

we are the life

each of the other

sister

mother brother

father lover

saint sinner,

bistory , spinner

gossamer life-thread maker

fragile inhabiter

of the unseen

lover and maker

of life’s very dream

from early mornings frosty breath

to the incandescent

descant of death

taker, and, maker of each and the other’s

tidal breath

we are life

through which flows birth and death

each are just but a tide on the swell

an extant of reason and mortality

come hither and yonder

and tarry a while

i shall tell you the story of life’s sweet exile
