Christopher Hansard:[ the seeds of change]

The seeds of personal and social change are found in the roughest times, the most barren soil, as society becomes squeezed by cyclical financial collapse due to greed, laxity and short term thinking, it becomes out of step with the natural cycles of the planet-when this happens the man made structures of the world-whether they be ideas, organisations or structures collapse, in order that what is made by man finds balance with nature. If you seek the seeds of change look at your relationship with the natural world, psychologically, spiritually, humanly. See, discover what the seeds are.

Christopher Hansard:[ kindness]

if you want to change the world

be kind

kindness is the most radival act there is,

for it is an act of conscious choice

and selfless thought

kindness changes the world far more than a thousand revolutions

and brings humility and humanity into all our lives

Christopher Hansard:[ inner world]

Your

inner

world

spins

slowly

on

the axis of

your attachments

each rotation

closes,

or opens a view

into your

Self

see how attachment

makes the mist

that your call

your life

good, bad,

inbetween

all rotate

on

attachment

Christopher Hansard:[ In Uncertain Times]

In uncertain times you need to know what is necesary for your emotional and spiritual growth so that you can build both your vitality and integrity, thereby empowering your self-discipline. As things change rapidly around you you need to look at the qualities of your emotional strength and resilience and improve those areas that are in need of growth. In times such as these, have money, wealth or secured resources is not enough, having mental clarity, emotional balance, good health and psychological resilience are those invaluable tools that will enable you to know true stability and enduring prosperity, for we think prosperity is linked to wealth and money, it has being made to be like this since the late 18th century, but this model is flimsy: true prosperity comes from knowing who you are and what you can do with what you have when everyone else has lost their balance, money or previous lifestyle  or is having less, for in the case of human growth, individually and socially, less is more, if you have the clarity to know and express it.

Christopher Hansard: [ the inner quake]

when sitting still

in the tidal flow of your breath

pause in the pause between the breath

and there

the inner quake is ready to be released

if you will to know stillness

you must first know the storm

Christopher Hansard:[ the path to your Self]

there is a

path to your

Self

it is not straight

but winding

for it occupies

acts of randomness

and a myriad of thoughts

but if you look

gently but constantly

you can see the path

its edges covered by the

overgrowth of life

and then once you know it is there

it clears and shows you the way

Christopher Hansard:[ Presence in all things]

no  matter

where you are

no matter where you think you are

no matter what you believe yourself to believe

in matter

in thought

which is matter

there is

presence

in

all things

the ever knowing

You

Christopher Hansard:[ the way]

the way

does not have a habit , name or routine or definition

but it does have a path

and that is

you,

your life

your experience

Christopher Hansard:[ sitting]

better to sit and observe

than to stand and not see

if you can sit

in presence

everything

communicates
