In challenging times

create the ability to be adaptable

consider seriously what is important in your life

what and who you need and how you can secure these to your mutual advantage

in challenging times when the money supply withers

and the value of it decreases, where debt is transacted freely until its too late

focus on building a supportive infrastructure than can allow you to eat, work and live

freely, to think freely and to make sure that you can keep it

but yet also know that in challenging times

by intelligent sharing, a greater wealth is created

amongst those like yourself

There dwells within your life and every life, the prayer cycle. It is that process of  consciousness that occupies everything we are, do and feel, hate, love and are bored with.

Even without us knowing it, the prayer cycle continues, the prayer cycle is wordless has no sound, does not praise any god or humankind, but actualises itself through the experiences that make us who we are and gives the gift of dissatisfaction and the desire for knowing. If you stop for a time, you can feel the prayer cycle going on within you and all living beings, some slower, some faster, some louder some so quiet as you think nothing is there, but the prayer cycle is everywhere and everything.

in the tidal flow of your breath

pause in the pause between the breath

and there

the inner quake is ready to be released

no  matter

where you are

no matter where you think you are

no matter what you believe yourself to believe

in matter

in thought

which is matter

there is

presence

in

all things

the ever knowing

You

the old ways are

gathering

they take their time

waiting

history

or mankind’s meanderings

are nothing to them

the old ways are squeezing out

between the spaces

that dwell between thoughts, reactions, impulses

all in the natural process of things

they’ll try to buy the wind

they’ll try to buy  the sea

they’ll try to buy your dreams

and sell them back to you and me

they’ll try to buy the meaning behind your dreams and plans

they’ll try to buy your children,

your beloved

and the ground on which you  stand

they’ll try to buy your feelings

and your sense of what is right

they’ll try to buy your laughter

and ban it overnight

they’ll try to steal what you believe in

and they will turn your deepest fears

into a popular song

they’ll march with you to save the world

and protest the march was wrong

they’ll sell and steal

and make anew

all the things  they can

and when they have sold

all that there is to take

they’ll say you stole it all

and you’ll believe so sincerely

that

‘it’

was your mistake

Democracy  since its first inception in Athens

has forged itself to economics

that is human nature

but if democracy is to

evolve

it needs to go beyond

choice,

the rights of the individual

the freedom of travel

capitalism and its gifts

but fully embrace

non-violence

non judgement

and the creation of

a modern charter of privacy and self-determination

that is universal to all

there is

a question

that dwells

deep in

all things

and when it is asked

the answer

if listened to

changes your life

forever

the red moon

bathes in earth light

on the shortest

day of the year

this is the time to overcome all of your longstanding fear

invoke the earth and moon

to join as they once were

and in that joining

displace the negativity and pain

earth and moon

bring healing to

the inner world

and the outer too

their reflective lights

merging

to uplift the natural world

What people imagine to be in the future

are echoes of what was

time flows backwards in this world

potential experiences in a state of flux

time flows backwards

and carves out this world

what you fear has always been feared

time flows backwards

in this world
